I applied for the Hakuba Camp, but I did not receive the "Hakuba Camp Application Confirmation Form".

There are two possible situations. First of all, please wait 2 or 3 days assuming [1], and if there is no retransmission, please check [2] and contact us from the inquiry form.

【1. Transmission error due to incorrect e-mail address input at the time of registration】 If there is a duplicate of the at mark, etc., we will correct it and send you a "Hakuba Camp Application Confirmation / Resent". If we are unable to find the correct email address, we will contact you at your registered mobile number.

【2. Non-delivery due to reception restrictions such as junk mail filter】 Please add the HakubaCamp@tlea.tokyoantioch.com to the reception allowed list and request resending the application confirmation from the inquiry form.

I applied for the Tokyo Anteoke Bus, but I did not receive the "Bus Application Confirmation".

Your application may not have been completed. There is a capacity for the number of seats, so please contact us as soon as possible from Inquiry Form.

I applied for recreation, seminars, and contest entries, but I did not receive an application acceptance email.

In the case of a transmission error, the "application receipt number" or "Family Name" or "Name" entered may be different from the registration. We will check the cause and correct it before sending it back, so please wait 2-3 days. If you do not receive the email after 2-3 days, please contact us from Inquiry Form.

I emailed at HakubaCamp@tlea.tokyoantioch.com but didn't get a reply.

Hakuba Camp Application and Change

When is the application deadline?

To apply for online participation, the deadline is Monday, July 10, 2023.So please apply byMonday, July 10.

Accommodation participation is accepted until the day of the event, as long as there is room availability, please let us know that you will be able to participate by Monday, July 17. Please note that if you apply after July 11 (Tuesday), we may not be able to respond to your room requests.

I would like to change from online participation to accommodation participation, but should I register again from the application form?

Your details of the stay, from inquiry form, please contact us. If you register from the application form
, you will be registered twice, so please do not register from the application form.

Access

I will arrive at JR Minami-Otari Station by train, is there a transfer from the station to the hotel?

There is a shuttle bus to and from the hotel.
by appointment only.
A reservation must be made at the hotel. Please make a reservation directly with the hotel by 20:00 the day before.

Please note that if there is no reservation, the service will not operate.

If the museum is closed, you will be forwarded to the reservation center, but you can also have it accepted at the reservation center. )

from Minami-Otari Station to the hotel

It takes about 15 minutes for unmarked flights to the hotel, and about 25 minutes for flights marked with * because they go via Tsugaike.

(Return) Bus from the hotel to Minami-Otari Station
9:30* / 11:40 / 14:20 / 15:55 / 17:30 / 18:30

The time required to get to Minami-Otari Station is about 15 minutes for unmarked flights, and about 25 minutes for buses marked with * because they go via Tsugaike.

Accommodation rooms and Meals

I would like to participate alone and share a room, but can I share a room for 2 people (or 1 room for 3 people)?

If you wish to share a room, you can only stay in 1 room for 4 people or more. For one room for 2 people and one room
for 3 people, please use one room with your family and friends.

What time is check-in?

You can use your room at 3 P.M.
When the time comes, please pick up your room key at the reception.

What time is check-out?

10 o'clock.

Can I check in early or late check-out?

1,000 yen (tax included) per hour per room, you can apply in 30-minute increments.
Please apply from the application form when you apply for the camp.
If you wish to request at a later date, please apply for by Tuesday, July 4, 2023 from the inquiry form.

Please note that the number of rooms that the hotel can accommodate is limited, and may not be available depending on room availability before and after the date of stay. Thank you for your understanding.

When will I know if Early check-in and Late check-out is OK?

We will contact you about one week before the camp.

2 beds + 8 tatami mats (maximum 5 people)

What is the menu like?

Morning and evening are buffet.

Breakfast: Japanese/Western buffetDinner

Lunch consists of lunch boxes (Lawson's bento) and tea (paper cartons).
Children under 2 years old will not be provided with a packed lunch.

When is the deadline for payment of accommodation fees?

Please transfer the full accommodation fee by Tuesday, July 4. If it will be after July 5 (Wed), please contact us from inquiry form

When is the cancellation fee charged?

There is no cancellation fee for accommodation until Monday, July 10. A cancellation fee will be charged from July 11th. For detailed amounts, please check the Application Guidelines.
In case of cancellation, the registration fee will not be refunded. It will be automatically transferred to the registration fee for online participation.

The Gospel Contest

I would like to listen to the contest, can anyone attend?

Anyone can attend, but preschoolers are not allowed to enter the venue. At that time, we have prepared a room for preschoolers.

What is the location of the venue?

General gospel contest's venue is at Wing 21

The U21/KIDS gospel contest is held at Hotel Green Plaza Hakuba.

Is there an admission fee to enter the contest venue?

The admission is free.
